Best software for audio file clean up?

Curious as to what anyone thinks is the best (or better) software for cleaning up sounds and removing hiss, hum, artifacts etc.

For the money the following definately does the job at a level far above its price.

Ive used it for years,in many of its incarnations,and I rank it alonside Izoptope/Waves etc, for day to day noise hiss removal of vinyl hiss,hum etc.it  is great,  but definately not for any forensic stuff! lol.
